Appointments & registration

How do I book an appointment?

You can request an appointment online, send a WhatsApp message, or call 0802 306 0423. Our team will contact you to agree a time. An online request is confirmed only once our team has spoken with you.

Is registration free?

Yes. Registration is free for families and for expectant mothers. When you register as a patient, your spouse and up to four children can be included at no extra cost. Consultations, tests and treatment are charged separately.

How do I register?

Register online for the Ajana or Jinadu branch, call or WhatsApp 0802 306 0423, or register in person at either branch.

Can I transfer my medical records from another hospital?

Yes. Bring your existing records or ask your previous provider to send them to us, and our team will add them to your file.

Opening hours & locations

Are you open 24 hours?

Both branches are open 24 hours a day, and emergency care is always available. Specialist clinics, dental, eye and wellness services run on scheduled hours, so please call to confirm the time for your appointment.

Where are your branches?

Our head office is at 17 Ajana Street, Surulere, and our annex is at 8 Jinadu Street, Pako Aguda, Lagos. See both branches and get directions.

Is every service available at both branches?

Not every service runs at both branches or every day. Call or WhatsApp 0802 306 0423 before your visit and our team will direct you to the right branch.

Insurance & payment

Do you accept health insurance (HMO)?

We work with a range of health insurance providers. Please contact our team with your plan details so we can confirm your cover before your visit.

How much will my care cost?

Costs depend on the care you need. Our team will explain fees and payment options before treatment wherever possible.

Maternity

When should I start antenatal care?

Book your first antenatal appointment as soon as you know you are pregnant. Early antenatal care helps monitor your health and your baby's development.

Is registration free for pregnant women?

Yes. Expectant mothers register free of charge when they begin antenatal care with us. Learn about our maternity care.

Emergencies

What should I do in an emergency?

Call 0802 306 0423 immediately or come straight to our Emergency Department, which is open 24 hours a day. Do not use the online appointment form for emergencies.

Do I need an appointment for emergency care?

No. Emergency care does not need an appointment.

Privacy

Are my medical records kept confidential?

Yes. We keep patient records confidential. Read our privacy policy to learn how we handle your information.

Is the website chat a real doctor?

The chat on our website is Dr. Femi's AI assistant. It can answer general questions and help you contact our team, but it cannot diagnose or give medical advice. For care, call or WhatsApp 0802 306 0423.
