Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.

Last updated: 26 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or slower connections.

What we do

  • Aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
  • Use clear headings, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Keep visible focus outlines for keyboard users.
  • Reduce motion for visitors who have turned on “reduce motion” in their device settings.
  • Make phone and WhatsApp contact available on every page, so you never have to use a form.

Known limitations

Some older pages and third-party tools (such as embedded maps and the external registration form) may not yet meet every guideline. We are working to improve them.

Tell us about a problem

If anything on this website is difficult to use, email [email protected] or call 0802 306 0423. Tell us the page and the problem, and we will help you get the information another way.
