Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making this website usable for everyone, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use assistive technology, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or slower connections.
What we do
- Aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
- Use clear headings, descriptive link text and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Keep visible focus outlines for keyboard users.
- Reduce motion for visitors who have turned on “reduce motion” in their device settings.
- Make phone and WhatsApp contact available on every page, so you never have to use a form.
Known limitations
Some older pages and third-party tools (such as embedded maps and the external registration form) may not yet meet every guideline. We are working to improve them.
